At Sleep Doctor, we want you to rest easy knowing that if your luxury sleepwear doesn't fit perfectly, you have 30 days to return or exchange it. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to ensure a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn sleepwear in its original packaging and include the packing slip to help our team identify your order quickly.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
